1. How are products wholesale and distributed on behalf? How does free shipping work?
Our products can be mixed batch in small quantities starting at 100 pieces or 3 pieces. Regarding the drop shipping, our company has an independent department to operate, and there are no additional fees. In addition, we can provide our own shot data package, and the drop shipping customers can place orders directly online. (For example: pendant + chain + gift box + silver polishing cloth can be placed online directly). The product wholesale starts at 500 pieces with free nationwide shipping, and you can send by SF Express with additional shipping fees.

2. Are you a factory? Can you directly place orders with the factory?
Shenzhen Tonglin Jewelry Co., Ltd. is a silver jewelry processing plant that can undertake processing and custom-made orders for wholesale sales channels both domestically and internationally. We also welcome long-term cooperation with merchants to visit the factory. Both new and existing customers can directly place orders. The minimum quantity for single item custom is 50 pieces, with the silver price and labor costs calculated separately.

3. Can any product be custom-made? Or can any material be custom-made?
The factory supports custom-made orders based on customer drawings or samples. We can produce initial prototypes based on images, videos, or physical samples. We can produce jewelry made from popular metals such as gold, silver, and copper (all products support national re-inspection).

Can I get a quote before seeing the images or samples?
Our company can roughly determine the price based on the image size and weight data. If we have a sample, we can generally provide a relatively accurate quote.

5. Are there high thresholds for the production or customization of your company's products?
The threshold for cooperation with our company is very humane. If the customer pays for the version fee, we can make custom products in any quantity of 50 pieces. If the version fee is paid by our company, the minimum order quantity is 200 pieces. During the production, the merchant needs to pre-pay the mold fee, which varies from 100 to 500 yuan. We will communicate and confirm the verification through the sample produced by the mold, and then we will proceed with the production. Before production, the merchant needs to pre-pay 30%-50% of the amount according to the quantity of the custom.

6. If the production cycle for 100 pieces, 200 pieces, or 1000 pieces is required, how many days will it take?
Non-natural stone silver jewelry in standard styles, if there is a template available, requires a production cycle of 4-5 days for orders of 100 pieces, 5-7 days for orders of 200 pieces, and 6-10 days for orders of 1,000 pieces, excluding holidays. (The specific time is negotiable.)

7. Will there be any stockouts of individual products?
Due to the fact that our factory produces products that are sold through multiple channels, including online and offline, there may be some styles that become extremely popular during the production process, leading to temporary shortages. If a product becomes out of stock after an order is placed, we will immediately contact the customer online. If we cannot be contacted or cannot respond in time, we will take the following actions: For orders with a shortage of less than three items, we will send the goods directly to ensure timely delivery to you. Upon receipt, you can return the corresponding missing goods payment. If there is a large number of shortages, we will wait for your decision before making arrangements (generally, you can choose to continue waiting or have some items shipped first).

Reminder and Declaration: To effectively distinguish the responsibilities of buyers, sellers (our station), and transportation companies, buyers must personally verify with the delivery personnel upon receipt of the goods. If there is a discrepancy in the 'quantity' or if there are 'obvious quality' issues with the product, please reject the delivery immediately and contact our station. Otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for the consequences.
