Working Principle:
The shaftless drum screen is mainly composed of motor, reducer, drum equipment, frame, sealing cover, and inlet and outlet. The drum equipment is obliquely installed on the frame. The motor is connected to the drum equipment through a coupling, driven by the drum equipment to roll around its axis. When the material enters the drum equipment, due to the obliquity and rolling of the drum equipment, the material on the screen surface is flipped and rolled, allowing the qualified material (screened products) to be discharged through the screen net on the outside of the drum, while the unqualified material (screened products) is discharged at the end of the drum. Due to the flipping and rolling of the material in the drum, the material stuck in the screen holes can be ejected to prevent the screen holes from being blocked.
