1: Trophy is a custom-made product. Once it is customized, it becomes a personal exclusive item. This is the special significance of personalized custom service. We regret that we do not accept returns or exchanges.

2: Trophy returns due to quality issues are not allowed. If there is a problem with any part, we will arrange to send a replacement part. If you receive damaged goods within 24 hours, please contact us. The trophy is composed of different parts. If the damage requires the entire trophy to be replaced or if you use this as an excuse to claim poor quality and request a return, please do not make such claims (quality issues and discrepancies with the received goods from the product images are not considered quality issues if there is damage).

3: Regarding logistics, we will deliver the goods as agreed, but we cannot guarantee the delivery time 100%. This cannot be used as a reason for a refund!
