The seller will bear the cost of shipping. For returns due to non-quality issues: the buyer will bear the round-trip shipping fees. If it is dirty, just wipe it clean. Wholesale customers are limited to a single return or exchange not exceeding 20% of the total purchase amount. This is to prevent malicious purchases: for large-volume or large-amount orders that enjoy preferential activities, orders are not subject to exchange or return.

3. If there are any quality issues, please reject the goods before signing for them.

4. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours after placing, and the cut-off time is 16:00 daily.

5. Quality issues, the seller will bear the return shipping fee of 6 yuan, which will not be included in the total amount!

6. Regarding color difference: The products are photographed from actual items, and we try our best to minimize color differences. Different monitors have different colors and contrast, which will lead to variations.

8. Regarding dimensions: The dimensions of the product have been specified in the details, and they are all measured by hand. There may be an error of 2-5cm.

9. If more than one item is rejected, a compensation of 100 yuan for manual labor will be given. If there are 50 or more items, it is considered as an order for 50 items, and the rejection is final. No exchanges or refunds will be provided.

10. If you find any shortage of goods or missing accessories upon receipt and inspection, please contact us within 1-2 days. If you do not contact us, we will consider the goods to be complete and will not process any replacement.

Return and exchange process as follows:
