Continuous Carbonization Furnace
The working principle of the continuous carbonization furnace: The machine uses biomass raw materials during the carbonization process, which does not allow the combustion of carbon monoxide, hydrogen, and other combustible gases. By separating the wood tar and wood vinegar acid impurities from the flue gas, the combustible gases are obtained. Through the self-ignition burner, the combustible gases are fully burned to heat the main cylinder (the temperature is generally controlled at about 300°). Once the raw material is heated to a certain temperature, it can be carbonized. When the carbonization raw material is produced from smoke and is sufficient for combustion, the gasification furnace is gradually closed, and the flue gas valve of the carbonization main machine is opened, realizing self-sufficiency of combustible gases during the carbonization process.
The model is suitable for biomass pellets with a moisture content of 30%, including rice husk, straw, coconut shell, peanut shell, sawdust, corn stalk, sugar cane bagasse, branches, bamboo chaff, sorghum stalk, coffee husk, cotton stalk, bean stalk, taro grass, and dead leaves, etc.

Continuous Carbonization Process Explanation
Process Description: The biomass raw material is sent into the gasifier, and the flue gas produced by the raw material under an oxygen-deprived combustion state is sprayed, cooled, and purified before being separated. It is then sent to the self-contained burner via the exhaust fan.
Combustion and heating of the carbonization host: When the internal temperature of the carbonization machine reaches a certain level, the raw material dries and carbonizes in the carbonization furnace pipeline. After the raw material is heated to a certain temperature, it begins to produce smoke gas recovery spraying, cooling, and purification separation. It is then sent to the self-combustion burner for continued heating, and the gasification furnace gas operation can be stopped until it is shut down. From that point on, the equipment can continuously feed and produce finished products, entering the continuous carbonization stage. The carbonized finished products are sent to the cooling spiral conveyor, cooled, and then transported to the material warehouse. The carbon powder produced by gasification in the gasification furnace is transported from the furnace bottom conveyor to the carbon powder storage warehouse for centralized storage and sales. The spraying water and cooling water from the purification system and cooling system can be recycled through the circulation sediment pool.
