Working Principle:

The core structure of the shaftless drum screen includes the motor, the reducer, the drum device, the frame, the sealing cover, and the inlet and outlet. The drum device is cleverly inclinedly installed on the frame. The motor is tightly connected to the drum device through the reducer, ensuring that the drum can rotate smoothly around its axis. When the material is put into the drum, the tilt and rotation of the drum make the material continuously flip and roll. The qualified material (i.e., the screened products) will pass through the screen net on the outside of the drum and be discharged, while the unqualified material (screened products) will be discharged from the other end of the drum. In addition, the continuous rolling of the material in the drum helps to pop out the material stuck in the screen holes, thereby preventing the screen holes from clogging and ensuring the continuous operation of the equipment.
