The working principle of a mixer lies in the fact that the mixing blades within it rotate under the drive of the motor unit in a fixed direction. This rotation not only propels the material to rotate axially and radially but also causes the material within it to simultaneously exhibit axial and circular motion. This composite motion, which combines shear and diffusion mixing among other mixing methods, ensures that the material is rapidly and uniformly mixed and combined.

In addition, the high-speed rotation of the dispersing disk causes the material to flow in a circular pattern, forming strong vortices that descend in a spiral fashion to the bottom of the vortex. During this process, strong shearing, impact, and friction occur between the particles, thereby rapidly dispersing and dissolving the material.

The agitator impeller generates a good radial force through its circular motion, which not only accelerates the circulation of the material but also improves the dispersion efficiency. The design of the agitator head employs precision machining processes, enabling high-precision alignment between the rotor and stator. A powerful motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, creating a vacuum state between the rotor and stator, thereby drawing the material into the space between the rotor and stator from the top and bottom.

This powerful force generates high linear velocity in the rotor, causing the material to undergo intense impact, breaking, centrifugal compression, liquid layer friction, and strong shearing within the gap between the rotor and stator. After these processes, the material is rapidly ejected. Under the combined action of various forces in different directions, strong turbulence is generated within the material. When the material is combined with the appropriate amount of stirrer and subjected to repeated cycles, disassociation, dispersion, homogenization, refinement, and shearing under mature process conditions for a certain period of time, a stable emulsion is formed.
