Processing materials:
Wood crusher can process a variety of materials, including but not limited to branches, bamboo wood powder, fruit shells, bark, leaves, bran, konjac, hemp, rice husk, corn cob, and straw, etc. Please note that this machine is not suitable for the processing of flammable and explosive materials.

Instruction Manual:

1. Turn on the power and check if the machine's direction is correct.
2. When replacing the cutting tool, ensure that the cutting edge extends 2-4mm beyond the plane of the tool plate and tighten the bolts securely. If the pressure bolts show wear on the thread, replace them immediately to prevent the loose of the tool plate nut.
3. When adjusting the tool length, ensure that the extended length of the cutter remains consistent.
4. If the particle size is not ideal, it can be achieved by adjusting the blade length or replacing the screen with different pore sizes.
5. Do not feed wood with stones or nails into the machine, to avoid damaging the blades and internal parts.
6. Regularly inspect the tightening of the hammer blade bolts, and if they are loose, please tighten them immediately. If the hammer blade and bolts are severely worn, please replace them in time.
