The working principle of the biomass press machine consists of an feed conveyor, a compressor, and an output machine. The compressor is composed of a frame, an electric motor, and an feed inlet.
It consists of a transmission system, pressure rollers, a ring die, an electrically heated ring, and an outlet for material.
The working principle is as follows: cut or squeeze the prepared straw or hay, which is less than 50mm in length, and the moisture content is controlled within 10~25%. The material is sent into the feed inlet by the feed conveyor, and the main shaft rotates to drive the pressing rollers to rotate. After the pressing rollers rotate, the material is forced to be squeezed out from the model hole and fall from the discharge outlet. After cooling (moisture content shall not exceed 14%), it is bagged and packaged.
The device's die form is a ring die laid flat. Its structural features are as follows: 1. The motor drives the reducer to drive the main shaft to rotate, and then the main shaft drives the rollers to rotate, which has a simple structure and is convenient for maintenance; 2. The radial clearance adjustment between the rollers and the die is convenient, which can ensure an appropriate clearance between the two rollers and the die; 3. The addition of upper and lower electric heating rings can heat the ring die, which is beneficial to material shaping.
