Order notice:

1. The quotation does not include freight, and express delivery is sent in small batches (default Yuantong). After the freight is placed, the Alibaba system automatically calculates the freight based on the weight of the goods. Customers who order in large quantities can choose to send freight logistics (they must pick up the goods at the logistics site by themselves). Large logistics (Debang, Jiaji, etc.) cost is relatively high, and the special line logistics cost is relatively low.

2. About shipment: After the order is paid, we will arrange shipment within 48 hours. If there is any shortage, we will take the initiative to contact the customer (Wangwang/consignee phone number). If there is no reply, if the order is out of stock less than 30%, we will send the goods first (delivery note), and the out-of-stock goods will be sent again after they are ready or the customer will contact us. Please know.

3. About after-sales: quality problems can be returned. Due to the small wholesale profit, if you need to return or exchange the goods, the freight shall be borne by half respectively: small batch ordering customers: the freight for sending the products back to our warehouse shall be paid by the customer, and our Company shall pay for sending them to the customer after receiving the goods; order customers in large quantities: quality problem goods can be accumulated to a certain number and then sent to our warehouse. Please keep the product packaging and accessories intact when the product is sent back. If there is any missing items, our company will deduct the corresponding amount or not send them separately.
