关于色差：

All the pictures in our store are taken from the actual products, and we try our best to restore the true colors of the products. Due to the differences in shooting light, backgrounds, and monitors, there may be some color differences between the pictures and the actual products. If buyers have strict requirements for color, you can contact the owner for on-site product shooting, or you can order a small amount of products first to see the samples before placing an order to avoid unnecessary disputes.

About the size:

All products in our store are measured by hand, and there may be some differences due to different measuring methods. It is even more difficult to control the measurements for special products, such as the size of the flower heads that may vary in size when unfolded, leading to different measurement results. If a flower head is squeezed, the measurement results may also vary. We will try our best to control the differences to a minimum during our measurements. Please understand.

关于价格：

1. The prices of our products are direct factory prices. Due to the different needs of buyers for different types of products, our products are priced in tiers. If the buyer orders a large number of product types but a small number of products, we need to re-stock, package, which is quite troublesome. Therefore, the prices are slightly higher than the whole piece.

II. The prices of our store do not include shipping fees and tax.

关于瑕疵：

All products in our store are handmade, and cannot meet the standards of mechanical and digitalization. It is inevitable that some products may have minor flaws. Some flowers are hand-inserted, and if they are squeezed during transportation, some flowers may fall, which is a normal phenomenon, not a quality problem. Please just put them back in place with your own hands, and if necessary, use hot glue to stick them. If the flowers are deformed by compression, you can use a blow dryer or hot steam to restore the flower pattern. Some flowers can be rotated petals. If a product has serious flaws that cannot be repaired, we can exchange it for you or refund it. We do not accept the return of all products if a single product has a problem.

About the shipping time:

After the buyer successfully pays, we will ship the goods in order according to the order sequence. The process is quite complex, including ordering, picking, checking, packaging, and delivery. If there are many types of products ordered, it may happen that some products are out of stock when the warehouse is picking. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible to negotiate stock adjustment, waiting for the goods, or returning the goods. If the buyer orders a large number of products or types, the packing time will be longer, and it may not be possible to pack and ship all the products on the same day. In this case, we will communicate through Alipay and phone. There may be missed notifications, please understand. If you are in a hurry, it is best to communicate with customer service in advance, check the inventory, communicate the shipping time, and then place the order to avoid delaying your important matters.
