Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and it is necessary to confirm the transportation method and related expenses before purchase to ensure the safety and timely arrival of the goods to the buyer. Due to the large volume of furniture, it cannot be mailed, and it can only be transported by professional logistics companies. The goods are generally delivered to the local logistics station. You can choose to pick up yourself or request home delivery, of course, the logistics company will charge delivery fees for door-to-door service. For buyers in a distant place, to ensure that the logistics company has a better service attitude, it is recommended to pay the freight after the goods arrive. (Before shipping, we will confirm the transportation costs with the buyer, and we will track the goods in time until the logistics company notifies the buyer to pick up).

3. Shipping: Products are generally shipped within 2 days; for products without stock, they are shipped within 10 days after payment is received, and for products that are currently being made, the production cycle is generally 7-10 days. For Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, the goods usually arrive within 1-2 days, while for other provinces, they arrive within 2-3 days; for remote areas, the goods arrive within 4-7 days. The specific arrival time varies due to the different regions. We will confirm with the logistics company before shipping and provide buyers with tracking services during transportation.

4. Inspection and Receipt: When the buyer receives the goods, they should carefully inspect the product packaging for any damage, especially for glass furniture. (Sign for receipt on the spot, and we consider the buyer to have no objection to the integrity of the goods!) If necessary, you can open the packaging on the spot to check. As soon as any damage to the goods is found, please call our customer service immediately to seek a solution to the problem as soon as possible. We do not want the buyer to discover the damage caused by the transportation process only when they place the goods in their home, which is not convenient for us to claim from the logistics company.
