Working Principle: Peanuts are fed manually, falling into the rough grating. Due to the friction between the rotating grating plates and the concave plates of the fixed grating bars, the peanuts are separated from the shells, and the peanuts and shells pass through the grating at the same time. Then, most of the peanut shells are blown out by the wind through the air duct, while the peanuts and some unseparated small peanuts fall into the density sorting sieve. After the heavy screening, the peanuts rise on the separation sieve surface and flow into the burlap through the feeding port. The unseparated peanuts (small fruits) fall down from the sieve surface, flow out of the discharge port, and are sent to the elevator by the elevator. Then, the elevators send them to the fine grating for secondary shelling. After the second shelling, they are sorted by the density sorting sieve, and the peanuts can be separated.
