The store has set a minimum order amount of 500 yuan for mixed batch products. Due to the irregular shapes of the crafts, we recommend using wooden crates (the cost of which is not included and should be contacted with the customer service). Orders for mixed batches take longer to pack, and sometimes there may not be enough staff, so we do not promise to ship within one or two days. In normal circumstances, the goods will be sent within 10 days. Please understand. For large orders, please contact customer service to determine the shipping time.

All goods in our store are shipped on a collect basis. Mixed batch orders will default to our cooperating freight company. Please contact our customer service to calculate the weight and packaging weight of your order, and then we will estimate the freight cost for you. If you have a freight company you cooperate with, please contact our customer service and leave the company name and phone number.

The Jianmei products are packaged with an inner box plus an outer box, resulting in a very low damage rate. For mixed batch orders, we offer the option of shipping with a wooden crate (please contact our customer service for the wooden crate fee). Any damage that occurs during transportation will be covered by our factory, and we will either send a replacement or offer a discount for the next order. For those who do not use wooden crates, both parties will share the cost of damaged goods equally. Please only place your order if you agree to this. We kindly ask our clients to open the boxes upon arrival and inspect the goods immediately. You can contact us within 24 hours of receipt to provide pictures of any damage. If no damage is reported within 24 hours after receipt, and then later claims damage, we will not be responsible for compensation.
