1. About the size

All materials are mechanically cut and then crafted through a complex series of traditional manual processes. The normal error range is within +/-5cm, so please be cautious if you are sensitive to such variations. Additionally, due to the nature of quilted products, there is a tendency for shrinkage (approximately 5%), so please carefully calculate the required dimensions. It is recommended to follow the principle of 'better to have too much than too little,' to ensure that the product is not too small, which could affect its use and aesthetics.

2. About color difference

All the product images on our store are taken from actual products, and they are corrected by professional designers to ensure the color accuracy. However, due to differences in lighting, angles, and monitors, there may be some color differences, but they will not be significant. Additionally, due to the different batches of dyeing, there may be slight color differences among different product batches. We remind all self-used customers to try to purchase all sizes at one time to avoid color differences. (For plush products, the color reaction to light is different, and the color on the light and shadow sides is deeper or lighter, which is caused by the fabric of the product itself. If you are concerned, please be cautious when shooting, and color differences do not belong to quality problems!)

3. About freight charges

Freight charges are based on the actual weight of the product. After you make an order, please contact our customer service to verify the freight cost, and make the payment after the modification. For bulk orders, we can also send the goods by specified logistics with freight collect.

The arrangement of stripes and patterns in the sofa cushions is randomly placed within the full-size pattern of the same style. The image for reference only. We cut them in bulk, and the position of the stripes and patterns cannot be controlled.

5. About Returns and Exchanges

We do not support a 7-day return policy without any reason! For wrong or missing shipments, or defective products, we only send replacements or return the goods for exchange! If the buyer claims a partial or full return based on a few defects, we only offer replacements or replenishments, and refuse to accept returns. We do not accept any payment on arrival (POA) or SF Express shipments for returned products. For exchanges due to personal subjective reasons, please bear the cost of round-trip shipping. (For example, loose threads, straight lines that are not straight in areas that are not obvious, seams on the back, the pad is not a regular square, the edges are not aligned at the seam, minor stitching errors in quilting products, etc., which do not affect use and are not quality issues. Buyers who are sensitive to these issues should be cautious when making a purchase!)

Note: The unit price refers to the price of a single sofa pad, not a complete set; a set of sofas requires multiple sofa pads of different sizes to be combined and laid, with the dimensions indicated as width X length, in units of CM.
