1.装好4节AA电池（建议用南孚，太差的电池不一定带得动的）
2.待机:用右手四指托住机座,大拇指自然地放在机身上盖上面,平稳的握住整机.
3.穿线:在产品描述下方，有一张图;

4.放布:用右手食指抬起压板,将准备好待缝的织物平整放入压板下,轻轻放回压板压住织物
5.缝纫操作:用左手持织物,右手大拇指轻轻地迅速地下压，送布机构自动将被缝物向左送出.持机右手不动，让机子自已进布，左手控制布的方向保持缝合直线,直至缝纫结束，本机能自动进布和调节针脚间的松紧
6.打结：单线机缝完要打结的，打结的方法在说明说PAGE3 右上角
7.换线团:直接拔，小心弹簧别掉了，如换大线团,可将备用的接长杆与线筒轴连接,套入大线团.然后重新穿线,调整线的松紧后进行缝制.
8.换针:松开固定螺丝,取出断针,装上新针即可。

常见使用问题解决方法

问题一：跳针呀，反面什么没有，针是空扎的，正面就是一条直线.，一拉就掉！

解决方法：跳针了，一拉就掉是一定的，因为是反面的线没有一环扣一环扣住，正常情况下是扣好的。造成跳针的问题是进布的速度太快了，机子来不及在背面扣环呢。您的握机子的手不要移动，让机子自已进布，如果还是成直线，就需要调一下机了！不会的话，请问客服，我们会教您的！

问题二：背面一堆线，卡死了！

解决方法：背面总是一堆线，老是会卡着机子不能动，原因是布进的太慢了，您的握机子的手不要移动，在机子的左边拉布，让布进的快点，就行了。

问题三：老是断线或是缝出来我针脚好松呀！

解决方法：老是断线，穿线图 只穿1-3-4  一定不能把线放在2那里夹着，夹着肯定断

。使用常见问题：

一、缝纫机跳线,断线如何维修
你一定扎厚鞋垫了.很可能送布时间错了另外.看看针歪没歪.针歪也有这种情况。

二、我的机械式缝纫机上线挂不上底线是怎么回事看机针弯了没。
一般都是旋梭尖和机针外置不对。旋梭尖与机针的间隙在0.5mm.旋梭尖和机针时间早晚1.5mm(就是在针眼上面1. 5mm),

三、跳线：
1.穿线方法不正确 按照“穿线图”重新穿线

2.直机针的安装不正确 检查机针高度及面向位置，使机针向下运动时略靠针板孔前方

3.直机针针尖断或弯曲 更换新机针

4.弯针针尖变钝 用油石或细砂纸修磨，也可换新弯针

5.缝线张力太大或太小 适当调节缝线张力

6.弯针不能套住右边直机针的线环，下装饰线的右边线迹跳针 直机针的线环太小，适当增大跳线量

7.弯针不能套住左边直机针的线环，下装饰线的左边线迹跳针 直机针的线环过大，适当减少跳线量

8.弯针同时钩不住中间和左边直机针线环，下装饰线的中间线和左边线迹都跳针 适当减少跳线量

9.弯针背面中间、左边针线不能穿进编织针线和弯针线的三角形，左面线迹的背面中间跳针 检查缝线是否穿过夹线器，检查底线凸轮的同步工作，如有问题按标准调整

10.机针与弯针配合不当 检查针杆高度、机针与弯针之间的同步，如有问题按标准调整

11.机针与护针杆配合不当 检查机针与护针杆位置

12.机针与绷针配合不当或绷针的位置不对，造成上装饰线跳针 检查机针与绷针的配合尺寸，检查绷针线的出线量

四、断线

1.穿线方法不正确 按照“穿线图”重新穿线

2.机针安装不正确 重新安装机针， 使针槽正对操作者

3.机针针眼及针槽不光滑 更换新机针

4.缝线张力太大 适当调整缝线张力

5.缝线质量太差 改用较好的缝线

6.缝线比针眼粗 换用适中的缝线或机针

7.机针、弯针、针板、压脚舌、过线孔等过线孔有毛刺或刮伤现象 用油石或细砂纸重新打磨，也可更换刮伤机件
