Dear Buyers:
1. If there are any quality issues with the product, we promise to exchange it within one year. We will try to send it back with the original packaging, if not, we will do our best to help you handle it if the quantity is not large.
After-sales buyers bear the shipping costs for the shipment; we bear the shipping costs for the return shipment; and the shipment will be sent together with the next order, without any additional courier fees!
3. Before shipping, the warehouse will undergo two checks by the stock-out staff and the quality inspector. In principle, the quantity will not be incorrect. If the buyer finds any discrepancy in the quantity after signing for the delivery, please contact our customer service within three days after signing. We guarantee to provide you with a satisfactory resolution.
4. When receiving and signing for the goods, please buyers first check if the packaging is complete. If you find the product packaging damaged when you open the box, please refuse to sign in person. Please try to inspect the goods on the spot as much as possible. If you have signed, we will consider this transaction as no objection.
The warehouse shipment deadline is 4 PM every day. If you place an order after 4 PM, we will arrange to ship as early as possible the next day.
