When the material enters the crushing chamber of the crusher, it is forcefully engaged by the rotating roll shafts and is forced to pass through the gap between the two rolls. In this process, the material not only experiences the compressive and shearing forces of the roll shafts but also undergoes the effects of grinding and crushing. As the rolls rotate, the material begins to fracture into small particles. These small particles follow the tangential direction of the roll rotation and pass through the gaps between the two roll shafts, being ejected to the bottom of the machine. Those large particles of material that fail to pass through the gaps will continue to be crushed until they are broken into smaller particles and are discharged. This process ensures the crushing and discharge of the material.

The construction and operating principle of the roller crusher:
1. The series of roller crushing machines are mainly composed of core components such as roller wheels, bearing for supporting the roller wheels, adjustment and pressing devices, and driving systems.
2. Flexible control of discharge particle size: The two rollers are equipped with wedge or gasket adjustment devices. The top of the wedge device is equipped with adjustment bolts. When the bolts are pulled up to lift the wedge block, the gap between the moving roller and the fixed roller increases, resulting in a larger discharge particle size. On the contrary, when the wedge block moves down, the moving roller, under the action of the pressing spring, has a smaller gap with the fixed roller, and the discharge particle size also decreases. The gasket device regulates the discharge particle size by increasing or decreasing the number or thickness of the gaskets. Adding more gaskets makes the gap between the two rollers larger, and reducing the gaskets makes the gap smaller, thereby adjusting the discharge particle size.
3. The driving mechanism consists of two motors, which transmit power to the grooved wheel through a V-belt to drive the rollers to rotate in opposite directions. During the crushing process, the material enters from the feed inlet, is crushed by the rolling action of the rollers, and the crushed material is discharged from the bottom of the frame.
4. To ensure safety, the transmission parts should be installed with safety covers based on actual conditions.
