The process of continuous carbonization is as follows: The biomass raw material is sent into the gasifier. In the gasifier, the raw material produces smoke under anoxic combustion conditions. After spraying, cooling, purification, and separation, the smoke is guided by the exhaust fan to the self-made burner for combustion. As the combustion continues, the internal temperature of the carbonization main machine gradually increases. When the temperature reaches a certain degree, the raw materials begin to dry and carbonize in the pipes of the carbonization furnace. As the temperature further increases, the raw materials begin to produce smoke, which is also subjected to recovery, spraying, cooling, purification, and separation treatment, and then re-entered the burner for heating through the fan. In this stage, the gasifier's gas work can be stopped and turned off, and only the smoke produced during the carbonization process of the raw materials is used for heating. From then on, the equipment enters the continuous carbonization stage, and can continuously feed and produce finished products. The finished products of carbonization are sent to the cooling spiral conveyor for cooling, and then sent to the material warehouse after cooling. The carbon powder produced during the gasification process of the gasifier is transported from the furnace bottom conveyor to the carbon powder storage warehouse for centralized storage and sales. In addition, the spray water and cooling water used in the purification and cooling systems can be recycled through the circulation sediment pool.

The working principle of the continuous carbonization furnace is as follows: During the carbonization process, this machine uses biomass raw materials to ensure that no combustible gases such as carbon monoxide or hydrogen are produced. Through the flue gas separation device, the machine effectively separates out impurities such as wood tar and wood vinegar acid, thereby obtaining pure combustible gases.
