The flow switch with a shield is a new flow switch structure developed by Changzhou Baijia Control Technology Co., Ltd. It features a low voltage drop and high precision design, with high reliability, long service life, a wide operating temperature range, and high pressure bearing. The structure significantly improves the reliability of the flow switch, allowing for precise setting of the protection flow value according to customer requirements. The mechanical part is safely isolated from the electronic part. The product does not contain bellows that are prone to failure, and the electrical components do not directly contact metal parts with large temperature differences, preventing the formation of condensation water that can lead to corrosion. It offers a variety of types to meet different application requirements. The product uses imported magnetically sensitive switches as the electrical actuating parts, which have a smaller cut-off and reset flow. It is mainly used in the fields of industrial fluid control in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, industrial automation, lubrication systems, hydraulic systems, production lines, water purification and sewage treatment systems, papermaking, pharmaceutical industry, and all fields that require the detection of liquid flow.
