This machine is a horizontal cylinder-shaped rotary device with gear transmission along the outer edge and two compartments, a grid-type ball mill. The material is uniformly fed into the first chamber of the mill through the feed device through the spiral of the hollow shaft. The chamber is equipped with step liners or corrugated liners, which contain different sizes of steel balls. As the cylinder rotates, centrifugal force brings the steel balls to a certain height before they fall, producing a heavy impact and grinding effect on the material. After the material is roughly ground in the first chamber, it is further ground through a single-layer partition plate into the second chamber. The chamber is equipped with flat liners and contains steel balls, further grinding the material. The powdery material is discharged through the discharging grid plate to complete the grinding operation.
