Buyer's Guide:

1. We are a factory direct store, and we strictly follow up every step, from product prototype to production, to ensure the highest quality goods.

2. We support one-time shipment for multiple products, and for large-volume customers, we offer greater discounts and also provide logistics services to meet your needs.

3. Our cooperating courier company is ZTO Express, ensuring that your parcel can be delivered quickly and safely.

4. Please note that our products may contain some minor imperfections, such as small scratches, glue, thread, etc. These are normal phenomena. If you are concerned about these issues, please carefully consider before placing an order.

5. All of our product photos are taken from actual items, but due to the differences between photography and display screens, there may be color differences between the actual items and the photos. This is a normal occurrence.

6. Usually, we will ship within two days, but for large orders, it may take some time to custom-produce, please consult our customer service for more details.

7.Please understand that our products are mainly handcrafted, so there may be slight differences between different batches, but these differences do not affect the sale of the products. We suggest that you request a sample before placing an order, as everyone's requirements are different, and we cannot meet all the imagined needs.

Section Two: About Colors

1. Our product photos are mostly taken based on actual items, with only a very small number using internet images. Although we have professional proofreading to ensure that the colors are as close as possible to the actual flat lay images, color differences are unavoidable due to factors such as lighting, color contrast on computer monitors, and color temperature. Therefore, please understand that the product images are for reference only, and the final product should be considered the standard. If you have high requirements for color, we suggest you carefully consider your order.

2. Regarding the style and color issues, please note that by default, we will ship the order as per the configuration, and we do not support special style or color notes (unless there are special instructions on the product page). Although we will try our best to meet your requirements, due to inventory conditions, there may occasionally be mismatches. We hope you can understand. If there are any temporary stock shortages in processing the order, we will contact you through Alipay or phone to re-express our gratitude for your understanding and support.

Section Three: About Shipping

1. Due to our large daily shipment volume, we will arrange the shipment within 24-48 hours after your successful payment, based on the order of payment time. The transportation time may vary due to distance, weather conditions, and the operational procedures of different courier companies.

2. In general, once the goods are shipped, you can expect to receive them within 1-3 days. If you have not received the goods after this period of time, please immediately contact our after-sales customer service. We will do our best to solve the problem for you.

3. Please understand that sometimes during the peak season for online sales or due to a sudden increase in shipment volume or when courier companies encounter overloaded warehouses, there may be some delays or issues with parcel loss. We will do our utmost to address these issues to ensure your satisfaction.

Section 4: After-sales Service

1. Receiving: We strongly recommend that you personally inspect the goods and sign for your order. This is not only your right, but also an important step in providing after-sales support. If you cannot personally sign for the goods, you can entrust a friend, family member, or the gatekeeper to inspect and sign for the goods on your behalf.

2. Out of Stock or Quality Issues: If you discover any missing or quality issues with the goods in your order within three days of signing for them, please contact our after-sales customer service team in a timely manner. If there are quality issues, please take photos as soon as possible so that we can confirm them, and then send the photos to our after-sales Alipay account. We will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution.

3. Returns and exchanges: If you are not satisfied with or do not like the goods you have purchased, as long as the goods have not been used and have not affected secondary sales, you have the right to make returns or exchanges. In general, we support returns or exchanges within three days after the receipt of the goods, without any reason.
