1. Before using this product, clean the area where you want to apply it and dry the skin surface to remove any moisture.
2. Open the packaging, connect the product with the lead of the medium (low) frequency pulse therapy instrument, peel off the release film, and directly paste the adhesive film on the required area.
3. Turn on the machine switch and operate the instrument according to the instructions of the therapeutic apparatus. After use, turn off the switch first, then remove the adhesive film and store it well to prepare for the next use.

Notes:
1. This product can be used repeatedly (recommended for one person only to avoid mixing with multiple people).
2. If the adhesive strength of the adhesive film decreases, rinse it with a little water and let it dry, and it can be reused.
