Solution to the damage in the transportation process

Plastic products are, after all, fragile items, and it is inevitable that they may occasionally suffer damage during transportation. Here, we have provided two solutions for you, and we kindly ask you to read them carefully:

1. Damage Replacement. If there is any damage during transportation, please send the damaged item back to our side, and the shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer. After receiving the damaged item, we will make a replacement, and the shipping fee for the replacement will be borne by our side.

2. Refund of payment. If there is any damage during transportation, please send the damaged items back to our side, and the buyer shall bear the freight costs. After we receive the damaged items, we will refund the full payment for the damaged items to the buyer.

Note: For damaged goods that we return, we can only sell them at a 40% discount to the scrap factory. We need to share the cost of any damage, so we will ensure safe packaging and remind the logistics to handle with care.
