It employs a wheel-driven grinding technology, with continuous power being transmitted from an electric motor to a reducer. Under the control of the reducer, the large vertical shaft transmits torque to the horizontal shaft above. Subsequently, the pull rods installed at both ends of the horizontal shaft smoothly transmit force to the grinding wheel, enabling it to obtain driving force and perform counterclockwise rotation along the horizontal axis.
During the process of work, the grinding wheel can both make a common rotation around the large shaft of the wet grinding machine and rotate around its own axis. Meanwhile, the grinding plate remains stationary, providing a stable grinding platform for the grinding wheel. After the ore material is fed into the grinding machine, it is subjected to compressive force due to the weight of the grinding wheel itself. Meanwhile, during the common rotation and self-rotation of the grinding wheel, it generates friction with the grinding plate. Through repeated compression, rubbing, and grinding, the ore material is crushed.
