• Please open and inspect the goods in the presence of the courier upon receipt. If the goods have been signed for, it indicates that the quantity and quality are in order and we do not accept any return or exchange requests. If the package is damaged or the quantity does not match the list, please contact us immediately in the presence of the courier and have the courier note this situation on the return receipt.
• If the buyer receives a product with quality issues and it has not been used or the accessories are intact, they can apply for a replacement of an equal value or a return. Please keep the packaging intact for the return.
• Exchange or return should be applied for within 24 hours of receipt, and returned within 24 hours of the application.
• Please contact our customer service if you have any questions or unforeseen changes during the transaction process to facilitate the smooth progress of the transaction. Please do not leave arbitrary negative feedback.
