Dear new and existing customers of Yufeng Kiln Ceramics Factory: To ensure your shopping rights, please take a minute to understand the Buyer's Guide.
Firstly, a grade-one product is not flawless. It cannot be compared with high-grade art pieces. For specific details, please refer to the relevant provisions of the 'Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China' regarding the grade of daily goods. Generally, each item has minor defects within five or less.

II. If you have special requirements for the quality of the porcelain, the craftsmanship, and the colors, please discuss them in detail with our merchant in advance.

III. The beautiful images above are all taken from the actual items in the shop. However, porcelain has many reflective surfaces, making lighting more challenging. If you wish to enjoy the viewing effect, please slightly adjust the parameters of your computer monitor settings.

Fourthly, our small store operates on the principle of low profit margin and high volume, so we ask you to bear the shipping costs. We hope you can understand! The shipping costs are provided as a reference price and may vary depending on the transportation method, region, and actual weight. For multiple items, the shipping fee will be based on the actual cost incurred.
However, I promise: We will do our best to choose a safe and cost-effective transportation method for you, and we will not earn any shipping fees from everyone! If I have collected an extra 1 cent, I will refund it to you.
5. Shipping Methods: [Express Delivery], [Logistics], [Freight]. Currently, we offer these three methods for shipping to you. The following is a detailed introduction!
(1) [Express Delivery] Cooperate with J&T Express (you can also specify your own, with different prices for each courier)
Advantages: Fast shipping, delivery to nationwide locations in 2-3 days
Disadvantages: High shipping costs, frequent damage (recommend shipping within 10kg by courier)

(2) [Logistics] Cooperate with Yunda Express, Yimidida, and ANN Logistics, etc. (You can also choose the logistics that is convenient for you).

Advantages: Safe shipping, delivery to the doorstep, affordable shipping costs (for logistics, it is recommended to contact customer service to custom-make a safe wooden frame).
Disadvantages: The delivery speed is relatively slow. The delivery time is generally 2-3 days in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, 3-4 days in the central region, and 6-7 days in remote areas.
Suggest sending logistics to ensure safety, cost-effectiveness, and reduce costs to increase profits.
(3) Freight: Generally, direct-delivery vehicles require picking up at the freight station and cannot provide information on the arrival of the goods! (The shipment will only be made upon the guest's request for shipment.)
Advantage: The price is more favorable than logistics.
Disadvantages: No home delivery, the efficiency is 1.2 days slower than logistics.
