2. All products in our store support a 7-day return policy (except for custom-made items), and if the buyer makes a mistake in size selection or does not like the color, please consult with us within 7 days from the date of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 7 days.

3. Regarding returns and exchanges, ensure that the goods are intact before returning or exchanging. Semi-finished products must not be opened and scattered, which may affect the appearance and resale. When returning or exchanging goods, ensure that they are well wrapped in bubble wrap to reduce transportation wear and tear. If the product has quality issues, we will bear the round-trip shipping costs. If it's due to personal dislikes or non-quality issues, the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. We do not accept payment on delivery for returned goods. All deliveries with payment on delivery will be refused.

4. Our store can issue certificates. If you need a certificate, please contact customer service to make up the price. The certificate is 5 yuan per piece.
