Customization Process:
1. Tell the customer service online the material, size, quantity, and requirements you need to custom-make.
2. After determining the requirements, contact the customer service for a quote and make the payment.
3. Provide printed LOGO and patterns, and the designer will design them for free (the layout design is free, but no source files are provided).
4. Confirm the order after checking, and wait for the delivery.
Seller arranges shipping, buyer confirms receipt, and the transaction is completed.
Special Note: Once the custom product is confirmed to be correct and the payment is successful, we accept the custom agreement. Since we cannot resell the finished custom products, we do not accept refunds after the product is completed (for any printing quality issues, please contact us immediately). Thank you!
