Continuous Carbonization Process Explanation
Process Description: The biomass raw material is sent to the gasifier. After the raw material in the gasifier is sprayed, cooled, purified, and separated under an oxygen-deprived combustion state, it is sent to the self-made burner through the exhaust fan.
Combustion and heating carbonization host: When the internal temperature of the carbonization machine reaches a certain level, the raw materials dry and carbonize in the carbonization furnace pipeline. When the raw materials are heated to a certain temperature, they begin to produce smoke gas recovery spray, cooling, and purification separation. The gas is heated through the fan to the self-combustion device, and the gasification furnace gas operation can be stopped until it is closed. Then, only the carbonized self-produced smoke of the raw materials is used. From then on, the equipment can continuously feed and produce finished products, entering the continuous carbonization stage. The carbonized products enter the cooling spiral conveyor, and after cooling, they are transported to the material warehouse; the carbon powder produced by gasification in the gasification furnace is transported to the carbon powder storage warehouse from the furnace bottom conveyor, and is centrally stored and sold; the spraying water and cooling water of the purification system and cooling system can be recycled through the circulation sediment pool.

The working principle of a continuous carbonization furnace: During the carbonization process, the machine uses biomass raw materials without burning carbon monoxide, hydrogen, and other combustible gases. By separating the wood tar and wood vinegar acid impurities from the flue gas using a separation device, the combustible gases are obtained. These gases are then burned by the self-ignition burner, heating the main chamber (the temperature is generally controlled at around 300°). Once heated to a certain temperature, the feedstock can be carbonized. When the carbonization raw material is produced from smoke and is sufficient for combustion, the gasification furnace is gradually shut down, and the flue gas valve of the carbonization main machine is opened, achieving self-sufficiency in combustible gases during the carbonization process.
The model is suitable for biomass pellets with a moisture content of 30%, including rice husk, straw, coconut shell, peanut shell, sawdust, corn stalk, sugar cane bagasse, branches, bamboo chaff, sorghum stalk, coffee husk, cotton stalk, bean stalk, taro grass, and dead leaves, etc.

The continuous charcoal kiln equipment uses waste materials such as peanuts shells, sawdust, corn stalks, sugar cane trash, branches, rice husks, bamboo chips, sorghum stalks, sunflower seed shells, distillery byproducts, corn cob, sorghum stalks, coconut shells, coffee waste, cotton stalks, bean stalks, mountain potato grass, and dried leaves as raw materials. It produces mechanically made charcoal or charcoal powder through high-temperature processing.
