Purchasing Terms

About size and shooting:

The product images are taken from the actual item, and due to factors such as different lighting, monitors, and shooting levels, there may be some color differences; the size is measured manually, and due to factors such as different measuring tools and methods, there may be an error of 0.2cm-0.5cm.

About shipping:

Stock items are shipped within 48 hours, and non-stock items are generally shipped within 3-4 days (the production cycle of ceramics requires a certain period, and we hope the customer understands).

About product quality:

Ceramic products cannot be perfect, and it is difficult to avoid some imperfections during the high-temperature firing process, such as small black spots, small bubbles, small bumps, small needle eyes, and there may be some color differences between batches of cups. These are all normal technical phenomena and do not constitute quality problems. Please be informed by our guests.

About custom logo:

The logo design setup fee is paid by the buyer. The fee for one color logo design is 100 yuan, and then each additional color costs 80 yuan. The fee for two colors is 180 yuan, and the fee for three colors is 260 yuan.

About after-sales service:

Each product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before it is sent to you. If there is any damage in transit, please take a photo and contact customer service in time.
