If you find any quality issues with the order after receiving it, please contact our after-sales staff within three days of receiving the goods. Also, take photos of the defective goods with a camera, name the photo with the product code, and send it to our after-sales staff for verification. (Note: sending photos must also be within three days of receiving the goods. Any requests after the deadline will not be accepted. If you do not provide photos, we will not process your return request.) We will give you a response within 24 hours after receiving your after-sales request. After the post-sale confirmation, you can mail the quality problem goods back to our company. Please negotiate the specific mailing method with the after-sales specialist. We will bear the postage for the quality problem. You need to prepay the postage, and we will refund it to your account after receiving the goods. We do not provide separate shipping for return or exchange items; please put the exchange goods in your next order. Note: Our company does not accept return shipping by ordinary mail.
