1. Are you a wholesale stock? Is the supply sufficient?
   All OLEO products are wholesale in stock, so you can rest assured to make the purchase. If there is a temporary shortage, it will be indicated on the product display images. In the event that there are occasional stockouts that we are unable to update in time, we guarantee that we will contact you by phone or Alipay to obtain your consent before taking any action. We appreciate your understanding.
3、Color Difference Issue.
All the goods in our store are photographed with actual items. Due to technical, monitor, lighting, and environmental reasons, there may be slight color differences. This is a normal phenomenon, and we kindly ask for your understanding. Buyers who are highly sensitive to color differences are requested to try the products on in our physical store before placing an order.
4. Return and exchange handling.
Please carefully inspect the goods within 15 days of receipt. If there are any quality issues such as frame breakage, peeling, or large-area scratches on the lenses, you can contact customer service for a return or exchange. If it exceeds 15 days, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding! If you have any problems with the express delivery, please contact the number on the express delivery form in time. We will handle it promptly until you are satisfied.
5. Sign-Receipt Instructions
When you receive the package, please do not sign the receipt immediately. Please open and inspect the goods in front of the courier to ensure that there are no damages or shortages. If the goods are damaged or the quantity is missing, please refuse to accept them! And contact the shopkeeper (contact information is on the courier receipt) immediately. Once you sign, it means you acknowledge the quantity and integrity of the goods, and the shopkeeper will not be able to claim compensation from the courier company for the buyers!
