After-sales instructions:
1. We do not accept returns in principle. If the product has quality problems due to factory defects, we can negotiate for a exchange. However, the transportation costs need to be borne by the buyer. After receiving the returned product, we will send the exchange together with the next customer's order. We cannot accept the situation where the exchange is sent together with the next shipment. 2. Due to the special nature of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, all toy products sold by our company do not apply to the three-pack policy.
