The ingredients used in the video are 150ml of cream, 300ml of whole milk, and 50g of sugar. You can also use 100g of ice cream powder and 300ml of whole milk.
Ice cream maker usage method
1. Before use, clean and dry the inner pot, and place it in the freezer of the refrigerator for at least 10 hours (the lower the temperature, the better the effect, and it is recommended to adjust the freezer temperature to -18 degrees Celsius or above).
2. Remove the inner container and install it in the ice cream maker.
3. Turn on the machine, pour the prepared ingredients into the inner pot, and wait for 10-15 minutes.
4. After the ice cream ingredients have solidified and formed, open the discharge port to make a cone ice cream.
The reason why ice cream was not successfully made:
1. The temperature of the inner pot is not enough.
The inner pot needs to be placed in the refrigerator at -18°C for about 8 hours. When taking it out, the inner pot should have frosting on it, and the liquid inside should not have any shaking sensation.
2. Incorrect proportion of ice cream ingredients
50g ice cream powder + 150ml milk or 100g ice cream powder + 300ml milk, stir well.
3、Method is incorrect
Made with 300ml milk + 150ml heavy cream + 50g white sugar, remember to whip the heavy cream, and you must use white sugar, condensed milk cannot be substituted for white sugar.
4. The stirring time is insufficient.
Pour the ice cream ingredients into the inner container, remember to stir for 10-15 minutes, the more ingredients, the longer you can stir according to the actual situation, until it forms, then push the discharge opening to roll up the ice cream.
"5、Can't get out
If the mixing time is too long and the mixture freezes or if the ingredients are too thick, add a little milk. Don't add too much, just continue to mix for a few more minutes. (You can also dig it out with a silicone spatula, and it will feel like ice cream too).
6、Machine not running
① It might be because the sequence of turning on the machine and adding the raw materials was reversed, leading to freezing and immobility.
It should be to start the machine and then slowly pour the prepared ingredients into the ice cream machine's inner chamber, stirring for about 10-15 minutes.
If the ingredients are too thick to stir, add some milk and continue stirring.
7. The ingredients haven't been mixed yet, and the inner pot has already been taken out.
Taking the inner pot out too early will result in insufficient temperature, which will prevent the food from setting properly. It should be done after the ingredients are properly prepared, and then the inner pot is removed.
