About after-sales service:

1. This business does not support a seven-day return policy without any reason. Before shipping the goods, we will ensure that the product packaging is complete and tidy, and the outer box is strong. However, during the transportation process, especially in some long-distance cities, it is possible that some products may suffer from transportation losses. (For example, some may be slightly scratched by collision, or some color boxes may be slightly deformed. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by us. The transportation time is affected by factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, traffic conditions, and sales, which will not be used as a reason for returning the goods. When receiving the goods, if you find that the product packaging box is seriously damaged, or the product is missing, please contact us immediately and take photos. Once the goods are signed, it means that the buyer acknowledges that the goods received are intact, and the risk after signing will be transformed into the buyer's responsibility, and it cannot be used for any reason to return or exchange the goods.

2. All products sold by us are strictly inspected by quality inspectors to ensure product quality. However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will be free from defects upon arrival. The remaining 2%-3% falls within the disclaimer scope.

3. All sizes are measured by hand, and an error of 1-2CM is normal. All pictures are uploaded by actual shooting. Due to differences in light and monitors, there will be some color differences, please understand.

Buyer's Note:

Please inspect the goods carefully in front of the logistics freight company personnel when you pick up the goods. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the seal and count to check, and if there is any error, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take the goods away at first. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.

This clause will take effect automatically when the customer decides to order our products, without the need for both parties to sign or seal separately. If you do not agree with the above terms, please consider carefully and make sure you agree before ordering products from our company.
