1. About the price:

Product pricing on our website is generally quoted at factory price (i.e., the price at Chenghai delivery, excluding opening price, freight, and any other charges). For export customers: we can quote you FOB, C&F, or CIF prices based on your needs. The prices on our website are for reference only; please contact our sales personnel for the specific price!
Payment Method:

Support online payment (Alibaba purchase). If the order requires time to produce, please pay the deposit first, and the balance should be paid in full before shipping.
Three, about the minimum order quantity:

All products in our store are subject to a minimum order quantity of one box per style! For products with a minimum order quantity exceeding 5 boxes, our sales representative will inform you during the negotiation!
Fourthly, about shipping:

Shipping time will be arranged once the payment or deposit has been received. We will produce the goods as soon as possible, with a typical production time of 1-7 days. For some orders, it may take longer to prepare the stock. Please try to place your orders as early as possible according to the actual situation to avoid delaying the delivery time.
V. About Shipping:

The delivery method can be arranged according to customer requirements, including logistics, freight, and courier services, with the cost to be paid upon arrival or we can assist in providing reference. The arrival time varies depending on the distance, transportation conditions, and transportation methods, which can be confirmed with our sales representative or the carrier company. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we provide with you is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It is also not a reason for returning goods.
Sixth, Receiving Standards:

1. Please inspect the goods and count the quantity in person with the transportation company staff when receiving the goods. If you find any problems (such as severe deformation or damage to the outer box, broken seal packaging bands, incomplete seal tape, obvious signs of being tampered with or opened, etc.), please consult with the transportation company to resolve the compensation. If the problem cannot be resolved, please contact us at the freight station, and we will do our best to assist in solving the problem. If the problem is not notified in time, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.

2. Our company will adopt strong packaging and tight stacking methods to avoid damage incidents. If the responsibility for damage caused by transportation reasons is not borne by our company. However, we will strive to assist customers to solve the problem. It is recommended to buy insurance during transportation.
Emphasis: We do not accept returns or refunds.However, if there are any quality issues with the products upon delivery, we can negotiate for a replacement. The transportation costs for the replacement, however, will be the buyer's responsibility. Our quotes are all CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) prices from Chenghai, which do not include any additional fees. Although our company has quality inspectors who conduct strict pre-production, production, and post-production checks to ensure that the products are free from defects before shipment, due to various unforeseen factors, we can only guarantee that 96%-98% of the products will be free from defects upon arrival. The remaining 2%-4% is within our disclaimer scope.")
7. After-sales Service:

1. All goods are subject to strict inspections and only those that meet quality standards are released for sale. Any issues arising after use are within the disclaimer scope. However, our company will do our best to assist in resolving any issues within our capabilities.

2. Due to the uniqueness of toys, they cannot be compared with household appliances, therefore our company does not provide a three-pack policy for our products. Special products are handled according to the relevant agreements reached between our customer service personnel and the guests.

3. If there are serious quality problems with individual products, please provide proof within 24 hours after receiving the goods (no responsibility after this time limit), and our company will arrange for the solution based on the actual situation. For example: If the problem can be solved by providing accessories, the accessories and the ordered goods will be sent out together with the next shipment; If the problem can only be solved by returning the entire product, please return the complete product, but the transportation costs for the return will be borne by the customer. The returned product will be sent out together with the customer's next order.
Article 8: Exemption from Liability:

1. All goods are produced and shipped based on customer orders. The majority of the product materials are plastic, and the packaging is made of paper. During transportation, there may be some product losses due to transportation (such as minor scratches caused by collisions, or minor deformations in the packaging of some color boxes), but so far, there have been no serious transportation losses. Buyers who are concerned should consider carefully before placing an order.

2. Our products are 95% photographed in real life, which more truly reflects the essence of the product. If there is a slight difference due to light or photography skills, it is normal. If the buyer feels that the workmanship is somewhat rough, has flaws, is not of good quality, or is different from what they imagined, these are not quality issues. If you feel that the pictures are not clear enough, please consult us when making a purchase.

3. Due to factors such as market changes, the seller may adjust the color of the product and packaging, and the packaging method, etc. Please refer to the actual situation.

4. All sizes are measured by hand, and an error of 1-2CM is normal.

5. All promotional products do not offer a return or exchange service.
