Q2: How is the quality of the product?
Product images are 95% or more self-taken, which can more truly reflect the actual product itself. Please understand). Orders placed after 4 PM are usually shipped the next day. Q6: How are shipping costs calculated?

Logistics: It is recommended to use a logistics company like Dewang with insurance. Please contact customer service to modify the freight charges when sending goods. All logistics freight is collected upon arrival. Most logistics companies calculate based on volume, and customer service can only provide you with a rough estimate of volume based on past experience for reference. The specific volume will be calculated after the actual packing is completed.

Q7: What should I do if there are quality problems or defects with the product?
All the products we sell are hot-selling items. The first and foremost condition for being a hot-selling product is the quality control! Since we are dealing in wholesale, the quantity of shipments is huge, and we can only inspect the quality and appearance of individual products. It is not possible to check every one to see if there are any minor flaws. Potential issues that may arise include:

Product shipping error: The warehouse colleague has checked and proofread the order twice from receiving the order to shipping, but there may still be some mistakes occasionally. You can try selling it. Our products on Ali are generally very popular. If there is a price difference, please contact our customer service to return the difference.

Product quality issues: Most problems can be solved by replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or reconnecting the wire connections, etc. Selling toys requires the ability to repair them. For products that can be repaired with spare parts, we will provide the parts. For specific details, please consult the after-sales service.

③Packing damage, damaged by courier logistics: We will adopt double-layer logistics packaging, add cushioning, compact stacking, and other ways to avoid damage. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by us. Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier to check!! (Logistics with insurance such as Debon can claim compensation, and general logistics usually do not, please be aware) The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement, and traffic conditions, which is not a reason for return, but we have the obligation to assist customers to handle the problems generated by logistics and courier. Network wholesale is not physical wholesale. If you find any problems, please contact our after-sales customer service to register and process. Logistics services in Chenghai District, Shantou City provide direct access to most cities at the prefecture level or above, but for county-level cities, there is a need for a transfer.
