Purchasing Instructions:

Special emphasis: We do not accept returns or refunds (but for products with factory quality issues, exchange can be negotiated, and the transportation costs need to be borne by the buyer. Our quotes are all without any fees, and the price is from Chenghai factory. 1. Minimum Order Quantity
All toys are ordered based on the minimum order quantity noted on the website! General products can be ordered in a single box, and popular products and products with distribution support one-piece ordering. For some products, you need to order five boxes or even ten boxes to place an order. We will inform you in the negotiation!

Sample Fee

If you need a sample of the product, you can take one. Most require a sample fee, which is charged at the retail price. Shipping costs are on your own, and if you place an order, you can get the sample fee back depending on the order situation. The specific details can be negotiated with us.
III. Product Pricing
Our company's website directly quotes the factory price (i.e., the price at the factory delivery, without tax, excluding freight, and any other fees), and for customers outside our region, we will arrange the delivery for you. You can specify the logistics/cargo/courier service, and the freight will be paid upon arrival.
Fourthly, Payment Method:
Payment Method: Payment on Arrival (POA) (1. Bank Transfer; 2. Alipay payment is limited to "Immediate Payment"). If the order requires a certain amount of time to produce, a 30% deposit is required first, and the balance must be paid in full the day before the shipment.
5. Shipping Time
Upon receiving the customer's payment or deposit, our company will prepare the goods, which generally takes 1-3 days. Due to the need for stock preparation (some require production), please customers ensure to book as early as possible according to actual conditions to avoid any difficulties in our company's arrangements, which may affect the customer's business operations. Once the goods are ready, they will be shipped according to the transportation method confirmed by our customer service personnel. If there are any delays in the delivery of some products, our sales personnel will also notify the customer in advance, and the customer can choose to replace or cancel the products that are out of stock.
Sixth, Receiving Standards:
1. Please inspect the goods carefully in front of the logistics company personnel upon receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened and sealed, please open and count the goods on the spot to check the accuracy. If there is any error, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take the goods away. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation. Otherwise, signing the receipt after that will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.
2. Our toys are of high quality and affordable, and they are really worth the price. Some buyers have found that the workmanship is somewhat rough, with imperfections, and the materials are not of high quality, which is different from what they expected, etc. However, these do not fall under quality issues.
