If you do not have a tracking record that day, it means that the shipment will be delayed until the next day. We default to sending by STO Express (for special requests, other couriers can be used), but for urgent deliveries, you can choose SF Express. However, the general shipping fee is collect. Free shipping is available when the total amount of the order reaches 300 yuan. Since we have a large inventory, most products are usually in stock and will be sent immediately without prior notice if there are only a few items out of stock. For any goods purchased from our company, if there are any quality issues or short deliveries, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the problem for you at the earliest convenience.

Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as confirmed by the shipping receipt signature date), if you find any functional failure or quality problems with the products, please contact us immediately. We will not accept any claims after this period. Any false or exaggerated reports will not be accepted once verified.

2. If the buyer claims dissatisfaction/dislike/not being what they wanted or poor sales performance as the reason, and there is no actual quality issue with the product, we will not provide a refund or exchange.

3. When the customer receives the goods, they should open the packaging box for inspection, regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged. If there are any products damaged due to transportation issues, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a stamped proof and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim; if the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not assume any responsibility.

4. All customers are requested to protect the integrity of the product packaging, the completeness of accessories, or related documents. For products with quality issues, we will provide exchange within the specified time period.

5. Regarding Prices: All products in our store will be subject to price adjustments from time to time due to various factors such as raw materials. Orders placed before the price adjustment cannot be refunded for the difference in price.

6. If the returned product is not in its original packaging, lacks accessories or related documents; if it has been repaired or modified without authorization; if it has been used or stored improperly; if it is beyond the warranty period; or if it has been tampered with or falsified with labels, we will not assume any responsibility for exchanges or refunds.
