For any quality issues or short deliveries of our products, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the problem for you promptly and provide a satisfactory response (Communication starts from the heart!):
1. Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as confirmed by the shipping receipt signature), if you find any functional failure or quality problems with the product, please contact us for a return or exchange. We will not accept any claims after this period; any false or exaggerated claims will not be accepted once verified.
2. If the customer specifies a color or style for the product, we will try our best to meet their needs. If there are any missing colors or styles, we will immediately communicate with the customer to determine whether to replace them with other colors or styles.
3. If the buyer is dissatisfied, does not like, does not sell well, or their end customers return due to reasons other than product quality issues, and the return and refund has already incurred delivery costs, the buyer must bear the round-trip shipping costs themselves (customized products do not support returns and exchanges). If the confirmation of receipt (based on the date of signature on the shipping document) exceeds 7 days or more, returns will not be allowed.
4. When the customer receives the goods, they should open the packaging box for inspection, regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged. If there are any damaged products due to transportation issues, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a stamped proof and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim; if the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not assume any responsibility.
5. All customers are requested to protect the integrity of the product packaging, the completeness of accessories, or related documents. For products with quality issues, we will provide exchange within the specified time period (the freight for the separate exchange is borne by the customer, and we recommend to exchange or supplement the next order).
6. If the returned product is not in its original packaging, lacks accessories or related documents; if it has been repaired or modified without authorization; if it has been used or stored improperly; if it is beyond the warranty period; or if it has been labeled or tampered with, we will not accept a return or exchange.
7. If a customer returns a product due to quality issues, please send it back to our company using a standard courier service. The customer must prepay the shipping costs (we do not accept payment on delivery). After receiving the goods, our company will reimburse the shipping costs and the actual product costs based on the courier's invoice. If the customer returns the product without communicating with our customer service, we will not accept the return, and the customer will be responsible for any resulting fees.
