Wholesale Terms: 1: All products sold by our company support returns within seven days from the date of system-displayed receipt signature. Returns are not supported after seven days. 2: For exchange requests, we support exchanges within 15 days from the date of delivery receipt signature, provided that the product is unopened and can be resold without affecting the second-hand value. 3: For products with free shipping during official promotions, if the customer makes a return or exchange for no reason, they must bear the shipping costs for the original shipment and the return shipment. 4: Minor stains on the product packaging do not constitute a quality issue. These are inevitable due to the slight friction during delivery, but they do not affect the quality of the product. 5: A slight odor from the product does not constitute a quality issue. This is unavoidable for new shoes that have not been worn, but it does not affect health. 6: If there are quality issues or a shortage of goods after receiving the shipment, the buyer must contact the seller within 12 hours from the time of receipt to verify the situation.
