◆ payment method: we advocate online order, Alipay payment, bank remittance or WeChat transfer. For large-volume purchase or customization, 50% deposit must be paid first, and the balance must be paid before shipment. Mixed Batch or small amount of purchase are paid to delivery.

◆ about quotation: The product quotation does not include freight and tax. If you need to issue an invoice, please contact customer service.

◆ about freight: large goods are delivered by logistics, and the freight is generally paid on arrival. The specific cost is charged by the logistics company (by volume or weight). If there is a designated shipping logistics company, you can communicate with customer service in advance. A small number of samples are sent by Express. The default is STO Express. If you need to send urgent items, please contact us to send SF Express.

◆ about receipt: Please check the goods in time after they are sent out. If you do not receive the delivery notice within ten days, please inform us in time to help us check the destination of the goods. When the goods arrive at the logistics station of the city where the customer is located to pick up the goods, the buyer should check that the packaging of the goods is intact before signing. If there is any damage, please do not sign for it. Please contact us in time.
