1. Our prices are actual, and we support mixed batch orders with no quantity limit. As long as you can place an order, we will ship it immediately. After clicking "Confirm Order," the system will automatically calculate the courier fee, and you can also see the specific charging standards of the courier company. If you need to send goods by logistics, please contact us to change the freight to 0. The freight for logistics is collect on delivery, and you need to pick up yourself. Because at present, it is impossible to choose to send logistics or courier when placing an order on Ali, our system is set to default to send courier.

2. Yiwu small commodities, you get what you pay for. We hope you can view the product introduction and images with abstract thinking. The products are continuously improved and upgraded, and some product images have been processed by the art design team. If you are looking for a specific product from a certain manufacturer, please contact us before placing an order to confirm the actual product.

3. If the product has color options, we will ship according to the order. If there is no color option, the shipment will be random, which is based on what colors we have in our warehouse.

4. Please make full use of the "Comments to Seller" to note any special requirements. We will try our best to meet them, so that the warehouse can see the notes and avoid sending the wrong goods or the wrong logistics, and so on.

Section Two: About Shipping

Express deliveries are uniformly received at 6 PM, and we will try to dispatch orders made before 4 PM the same day. If you need to send by logistics, please purchase the day before and it will be shipped the next day. In normal circumstances, we will dispatch within 24-48 hours. Our cooperating express companies are YTO Express and STO Express. If you need to send by other express companies, please contact our customer service.

Section Three: Logistics

We default to sending parcels by YTO Express, and large items can be sent by logistics. If you need to specify a logistics or courier service, please contact our customer service! Logistics require self-collection, and the fees of various logistics companies vary. We cannot estimate accurately, so we do not make any estimates and will not bear any costs in logistics. We recommend that customers find their own dedicated logistics companies from Yiwu to the recipient's place. Yiwu is a developed logistics hub, and we hope that customers can provide as many logistics companies as possible to meet their satisfaction. We are not in the logistics industry, and we do not understand the hidden rules of logistics. Our experience in logistics matters is only for reference, and we will not assume any "accidents" caused by logistics.

Section 4: About the Return and Exchange of Goods

1. Within 15 days after receipt (the date of receipt of the shipment is the standard), if there are unsold goods, we will give you a refund. Please contact the after-sales customer service before returning the goods, and please fill out the after-sales service form. Also, please include a detailed list of the returned goods to facilitate tracking and timely processing of your return.

2. Returned goods must be in perfect packaging (please bring your own packaging, do not directly paste or write on the original factory box) to ensure that the packaging has not been opened, has not been used, and does not affect resale (otherwise, we will not exchange or refund).

3. If the customer specifies a color or style for the product, we will try our best to meet their needs, but cannot guarantee it completely. If the color or style does not match, we will not bear the freight costs.

4. Due to the long time for return and exchange services provided by us, we regret that we are unable to offer a return or exchange for products that have been discontinued by our company.

5. If there are no quality issues with the returned goods, we will refund at 80% discount. If the goods received by us are severely damaged, we will provide product images to the customer. The degree of use of the received products will be discussed with the after-sales service to handle the situation. The payment will be returned to you through Alipay or to the prepaid deposit.

Due to the freight differences for regions including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, if a customer needs to return or exchange an item, please contact our after-sales customer service first for assistance. Both parties can then negotiate a solution.
