2. Color and Size Description: Due to differences in background, lighting, and the color reproduction of computer monitors, the color of the product may vary. 3. About Shipping: After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). If there is a shortage, we will contact you by phone or Alipay. All shipped products will be placed on a list, and if there is no list, please note it. Customized products will be scheduled according to the agreement between both parties.
4、Express Logistics: Small items are shipped by default using express delivery (YTO). Large items are shipped using express freight or small logistics companies. For bulk goods, please communicate with customer service to indicate the logistics consignment, so that you can pick up the goods at the shortest time and the nearest location. We solemnly declare that both express delivery and logistics are beyond our control. Please do not use the satisfaction or dissatisfaction of the service attitude and the time of arrival of the express delivery and logistics as the basis for our evaluation.
5. About Receiving: Please personally sign for the goods upon delivery. If someone like family members, friends, or the gatekeeper signs for you, it will be considered as if you have received it. Please ensure to open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify, claim compensation, or refuse to sign with the delivery personnel directly.
6. About after-sales service: If there are any product issues within seven days from the date of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will provide a reply for replacement or exchange, and we will no longer accept after the expiration date. For bulk orders of online sellers and offline wholesale customers, if there are some quality problems with the products, we can provide a product exchange service for the problem products.
