1. Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as confirmed by the shipping receipt signature date), if you find any functional failure or quality problems with the products, please contact us immediately. 2. Since it is impossible for customers to inspect all products individually upon receipt, we allow a 7-day period after receipt to discover any quality issues, and we will be able to provide exchange processing for you.
3. If the customer specifies a color or style for the product, we will try our best to meet their needs. If there are any missing colors or styles, we will communicate with the customer immediately to replace them with other colors or styles.
4. If the buyer claims dissatisfaction or poor sales performance as a reason, and the product does not have any quality issues, we will not provide a refund or exchange.
5. When the customer receives the goods, they should open the packaging box for inspection regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged. If there are any damaged products due to transportation issues, please obtain a proof with the company's seal from the relevant transportation company and provide it to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim; if the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not assume any responsibility.
6. All customers are requested to protect the integrity of the product packaging, the completeness of accessories, or related documents. For products with quality issues, we will provide exchange within the specified time; (The freight for exchange of goods is borne by the customer, and it is recommended to exchange and supplement the next order)
7. If the returned product is not in its original packaging, lacks accessories or related documents; if it has been repaired or modified without authorization; if it has been used or stored improperly; if it is beyond the warranty period; or if the returned product has been tampered with or is false, we will not assume any responsibility for a return or exchange.
8. If a customer returns a product due to quality issues, please send it back to our company using a standard courier service. The customer will cover the shipping costs, and we will reimburse the shipping fee and the actual product cost once we receive the goods.
