Question: What format should the design draft for the custom-made guest product be?
Answer: The design draft should provide original files such as AI/CDR/PDF, if there are no original design drafts, clear images can be provided.

Question: Does the mold fee include the prototype fee, and how many samples can be provided?
Answer: The mold fee, also known as the prototype fee, provides 2-3 samples. If the amount is large, only one sample is provided. If the customer needs additional samples (no more than 5), the sample fee will be charged separately based on the product unit price.

Question: How many days for the prototype? How many days for the bulk order?
Answer: Sampling usually takes 7-10 days, depending on the complexity of the product design. Mass production usually takes 12-20 days, which is determined by the quantity, and for urgent orders, additional fees can be charged for urgent production.

Question: How can I be sure that the product you make matches the design of the guest, and can the mold be changed in the middle?
Answer: After receiving the mold fee, our company will arrange for mold technicians to draw 2D or 3D renderings for customer confirmation. Before the formal molding begins, the customer can make suggestions for modifications. If our company can technically achieve the modifications, we will modify the mold plan. If during the molding process, the customer makes modifications after confirming the mold drawings due to customer reasons, the re-making mold costs will be borne by the customer.

Question: Can we make an online payment or do you offer cash on delivery, and can we pay the balance after receiving the goods?
Answer: We have two payment methods: 1. Place an order on Alibaba's website, where you need to pay the full amount. 2. You can transfer 30% of the deposit by bank transfer or Alipay, and the remaining amount must be paid in full before shipping.
