Purchasing Terms 

1.All ceramic products are handcrafted and one-piece formed. During the firing process, minor pinholes, small particles, black spots, and scratches may appear, which are normal phenomena and do not affect the use! Before shipping, we will carefully inspect the products to avoid any defects as much as possible, but we cannot guarantee 100% flawlessness.0Defects, please understand, and place your order after being aware of them. If you mind, please be cautious when shooting! 

2.All products in our store are priced excluding tax. If you need a tax invoice, please contact our customer service, and an additional tax will be charged. 

3Please ensure that the purchasing account and the customer service chat account on Wang Wang are consistent, to facilitate timely communication.

Shipping Instructions The sales center of our store is located in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, with convenient transportation. 

Regarding logistics: To reduce your freight cost, for customers who are able to pick up their own shipments, we recommend sending you low-cost and safe dedicated logistics (freight collect, usually calculated based on volume), such as when making payments for logistics orders or contacting customer service to modify the freight to 'Freight Collect'.0That's enough!!! 

1Self-pickup is required for the logistics! The price for pre-payment of logistics is the same. 

2Please recommend your own search for a dedicated logistics company from Yiwu to the customer's local area (to determine the customer's local unloading point and facilitate customer pickup). Yiwu is already a well-developed logistics center, and we hope customers can provide as much as possible the logistics company they are satisfied with. If you specify the logistics company, please note the logistics company's pickup address and phone number in Yiwu when placing an order.

3If you do not specify the logistics, we will arrange logistics for you. We will choose the logistics with relatively good cost performance, and try to send it to the nearest place to your recipient address, but we do not guarantee it will be convenient!!! 

4Customers who find it inconvenient to pick up their own goods or who are far from the pickup point can use logistics companies such as Dewang, Tiandi Huayu, Best, City Star, etc. They have many branches within the city and can deliver the goods to your door. These logistics companies' prices are also available online for checking.
