Product Description: All product descriptions include instructions on packaging and ordering methods. Please place your order according to the requirements. If you have any special needs, please confirm with the customer service before making an order with a note.

Color difference explanation: Due to the differences in background, lighting, and the color display of the computer monitor, the color difference and color of the goods may vary, which is beyond our control and is not considered a quality issue.

The goods are subject to actual items, and those who are very concerned about color differences and minor imperfections should carefully consider before deciding whether to order.

About shipping: After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). Orders placed before 4 PM generally have the goods shipped on the same day (except for holidays).

If we encounter stockouts, we will contact you by phone or Alipay to inform you. All products sent will not be included in the list. If there is a need, please note it.

Customized products will be delivered based on the agreement of both parties.

Express Logistics: The default express delivery is China Post. If you need other express delivery services, please contact our online customer service. If the express delivery does not reach or if you need the goods urgently, please contact customer service to change to SF Express (additional freight difference will be charged).

Please inform the customer service of the nearest logistics company address and the name of the freight station if you need to ship bulk goods. This will help you to pick up your goods at the shortest time and the nearest location.

We hereby solemnly declare that we have no control over express delivery and logistics services. Please do not use your dissatisfaction with the service attitude and the time it takes for delivery as a basis for evaluating our performance.

Payment: The buyer first selects a payment method (such as online banking, quick payment, Alipay balance, etc.) and pays to Alipay, ensuring the safety of the payment. Once the buyer confirms the receipt of the goods, the payment is then released to the supplier by Alipay.

If the buyer does not receive the goods or the goods do not meet the requirements by the due date, they can submit a refund application to protect their own rights and interests.

06 About Receiving: Please personally sign for the goods upon delivery. If the delivery is accepted by family members, friends, or the gatekeeper, it will be considered as if you have personally signed. Please ensure that you open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing.

If there is any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify, claim compensation, or refuse to accept the delivery directly from the delivery personnel.

About after-sales service: If there are any quality issues (wrong or missing items) within seven days from the date of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will provide a reply for replacement, return, or exchange. We will not accept any claims after this period.

If there are no quality issues, the product will not be exchanged or returned for a refund.

Due to personal reasons such as disliking the product, significant differences from the pictures, not meeting expectations, dissatisfaction, or not being as good as expected, the buyer is not allowed to return or exchange the product they have purchased.
