Instructions:
1. When using the new product for the first time, please fill the pot with eight parts of boiling rice water and clean it, and then use the detergent.
2. When using a stainless steel pot, do not allow water stains on the bottom of the pan.
3. Since stainless steel has a low thermal conductivity, it is not recommended to use too much fire when cooking with stainless steel cookware. It is best to ensure that the bottom of the pan is heated evenly to save fuel and prevent the bottom of the food from burning.
If food is stuck or burned on the bottom of the pot, soak it with water to soften it, then gently scrape it off. Do not use a sharp implement to scrape; after cleaning, use a soft cloth to wipe it dry and place it in a dry place.
5. Cookware should be avoided from colliding with sharp or hard objects to prevent scratches or dents that may affect the appearance and sealing performance.
6. Stainless steel tableware, like other metal tableware, tends to darken easily when heated. To prevent this reaction, it is important to properly treat the surface of new tableware. Before using, apply a thin layer of oil, such as peanut oil or animal oil, to the surface of the tableware. When cooking, heat the tableware for a while over low heat, until a layer of oil-based antioxidant film forms on the surface. Then, you can use the tableware as needed. If the tableware does not burn, it will not darken further.
If stainless steel tableware has turned black, you can restore its luster by using a commercially available 'electroplating rust removal and luster enhancement agent' for maintenance.
